When you are on the "Vehicle" page, do you see the categories for "Your Vehicle", "Manage EV", and "Service & Support"?

When I first launched 3.29.1 it had difficulty connecting to the network and the "Manage EV" category was missing. I had to quit and re-launch it ... and now it works fine.

But I"m wondering if the oil-life is showing up because it's unable to determine which car you have.

Also, on the "Home" page there is a pull-down at the top to select the car (if you have multiple cars enrolled). Make sure that is still set to your Mach-E.

I guess I should have said "intermittently".

Yes, I make sure the Mach-E is selected. Yes, manage EV tab is there.

Right now both tablet and phone are 10 hours since last update.

I had the same message when I picked mine up Tuesday. I was able to activate it later that evening. Try it again in a few hours.
It’s been over 24 hours now. Still getting the activation error.

It’s been over 24 hours now. Still getting the activation error.
Definitely frustrating. I tried to activate it on Saturday when it was sitting in the dealership and got the same errors you are seeing. I chalked it up to being in transport mode, but thinking back it's the app that appears to be the issue, not the vehicle itself. The salesperson said it's been a common issue and thought they're either doing updates to the software or it's being overloaded by requests at times.

Day 100 of asking Ford to fix Securialert scheduling
Is it randomly doing that or consistently? I'm hitting similar behavior with Journeys when the trip is pretty long (i.e. 150km+), it would show this error which seem to show up when request to the FordPass backend servers are taking too long to respond.

I am concerned that it doesn't show my blinker fluid level.

Nice of them to fix the app lockup up issue what, a month or so after it started? Super speedy for an issue that would prevent someone from using their car! ?
It takes two weeks for App Store review alone. Unfortunately, it’s just the nature of making apps that local bugs will take a while to fix. This is why feature flags exist!!
