2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E (Premium) is estimated to be delivered to dealer in NaN days

Pulled up my 21 MME Premium AWD Extended Range I saw a new message. I also noticed on my ford.com page it shows a production date change from week of 9/27 to week of 10/4. Anyone see this

The strangest part is it changed from "Scheduled for production" to this today when the date moved out 2 weeks.

Looks like it's pulling partial information and therefore generating the wrong message. For what it's worth, mine has now passed the ETA for dealer delivery and is counting UP the number of days until delivery (i.e., ETA is set to Sept 8, so now the message is that the car will b delivered in 5 days, tomorrow it will say 6 days [unless Ford updates the ETA to reflect that the car is still in Mexico waiting for a chip]).

So frustrating, why not be extremely transparent and up front. It would build a ton of trust.

Thanks, I have used that but always on my phone so I didn't recognize the desktop site. Still shows no info for me even though my dealer has a build date for it for Oct. 25th.

I had to get my order number. Luckily it was on an invoice the dealer sent me before they confirmed the order. After I had the right order number the rest worked

I have the VIN and the order number. It pulls up the configuration information, but all of the tracking info is blank and the status is just "order being processed"
