My trip was going pretty well until I got 460 miles from home and a California Deer ran across the road into my car. I was on the brakes and swerving to avoid the creature but we could not avoid hitting it's left shoulder. The dear was stunned and recovered but the Mustang was not so lucky. Ghost Stallion is not drivable. The front right inner bumper is pushed back against the wheel. Waiting for a tow for 2 hours so far.

67 miles from the nearest dealer. Roadside assistance has already requested a tow 3 hours ago. May be spending the night in a broken car.

Not sure what the response time is on the weekends with @Ford Motor Company on here. Could try sending a message on Twitter to Mike Levine or Emma Berg

The car can move under it's own power but grinds the inner fender well. They can drive it onto a flatbed.

I will make sure they don't hook to anything on or near the battery.

Just yank on the fender liner so you can drive and get outta there
The bumper beam is bent. Everything is being pushed into the right front wheel.

The passenger door is binding against the front fender. Can't bend things far enough to clear wheel.

No tow company would come tow the car. None. After 5 hours of waiting we pulled everything forward with as much force as possible and drove it 78 miles to the nearest Ford dealership at a max of 30 MPH. Grinding the entire way.

Got a hotel 3 miles from the dealership. Will take it to them in the morning. It's 11 PM and w are now getting dinner.

I'm going to see if the dealer can make it road worthy tomorrow so I can take it back to my home dealer for the repair work. 530 miles each way is a long drive to come back to get it. Even worse if there are any post repair issues.
