[OTA] 1.7.1 Appears to be incoming

Yeah, that's the one you originally created in the app and then it downloads it to the car.

I haven't deleted my profile to try it, so it could actually just not be a part of the app yet.

The morning I got 1.7.1 I got this notification:

It just takes me back to the vehicle tab, but there is a remote setup button now.

If I click that, it just says this:

Got the update this evening. Notifications came around 6:30 pm HST. Updated the 1.7.1 poll as well.

So, I THINK I might have gotten 1.7? No notification, and now the version screen just shows System up to date instead of PowerUp 1.6.0.
However, I now have Notepad/tic-tac-toe I wouldn’t have even thought to look for them had I not seen that the app is buried under your profile in another forum.
So, I have no idea what I have ?

Pretty sure that means it has either downloaded the update to your car but not applied it yet or it failed

Does everyone see the frunk button as shown by OP on the touchscreen? Mine has all other changes, except that. All my other modules were updated via FDRS.

Did they actually update the Sync OS as well? That is the update that adds the button on the screen.

SYNC 4 revision is 168. Is there any other number to verify ?

And you have the Notes app?

Yes, Notes app and Calc. Also got a notification in FP about 1.7.1 being installed.

Interesting. At this point, the button doesn't actually do anything. Its possible they changed something that keeps it hidden until the function is active.

Keep us posted if it shows up when that function gets enabled.

I have the notes app, but still no front trunk button in the app. I did not check the screen.
