Please, someone with dogs help. :(

My interior sensors keep rearming no matter which way I go in and turn them off. I have tried the pop up "yes" option as well as going into the menu and turning it off before shutting off the car. With both ask every time on and off.

It works for about 15 min and then I get a notification that my poor dog set the alarm off.

I can't take my dogs anywhere ?

Is there a trick? Does anyone else have this issue. I am heading home with my dog now to drop him off after his walk and then going back out to go grocery shopping. Beyond frustrated.

Yup, it’s a bug. It’s not fixed in the latest OTA update.
To be clear, I don't mean the issue that I need to set it every time I want them off.

I mean that I turn them off, lock the car and 15min later the alarm goes off. You are having this problem as well?

Yes, because even if you turn the setting off, it doesn’t stay off.

Seems to be a common bug in need of a fix -

When I first got the car, my dog would always set off the interior motion sensor even though I had set it to be off. My issues was, I had left the "Ask on Exit" on and when shutting the car off, even though I had shut off the interior motion sensor, it would still ask me if I wanted to turn it on. I would never choose yes or no and if you don't, it defaults to turning the motion sensor back on. So had to go into the alarm settings and turn off "Ask on Exit". Ever since then, I have never had the interior motion sensor trigger when my dog is in the car. Now, I don't know if this will work or not for others or if this bug is in all cars but my interior motion sensor has never triggered since and it has been at least 6 months.

I think some cars have certain bugs and some have others. My PAAK has worked just about flawlessly since day one (with the occasional warning there is no key detected) however, I still have an issue where the audio tone controls will reset themselves from time to time. Also, my seat will not always return to my preset position sometimes when I start the car. Some people never have these problems that I have and some do.

I saw the one post, for most it seems that actually shutting the sensors off works but it is nice to know I'm not the only one that turns them off and the alarm still goes!

Thanks :)
