That’s a composite video interface, not digital. Older tech and no HDMI.
You realize the Mustang Mach E screen can’t display a full HDMI image, right? The screen resolution hasn’t been published (that I can see) but I doubt the resolution of the screen is 5,120 X 1,920 (expressed as a portrait orientation). Also, to be honest, while the screen looks great for an automotive application, I doubt it would look very good as a TV/movie display (limited color range and accuracy, etc). If it’s literally an HD display turned sideways, SD would be about the best to expect.

While I do understand the screen may be standard definition, you should try to take some thing like a fire stick and converted to analog video. It can be quite the horrific experience.

My solution to watching Prime video while charging.

Rather than $300 for a box you have to wire in and hide somewhere, a $300 iPad with a $30 folio case. Folio flap draped over the back of the big screen and I’ve got full HD streaming whenever I want. It also serves lots of other purposes because.. iPad. Looks like the viewable screen size is about what people are getting out of the CarPlay hack but with better resolution and more function.

No thank you ? there’s a reason I load my iPad up with videos and bring it with me when I fly someplace ?

And I’ll point out that the resolution is amazing on the he iPad, and the color gamut and accuracy are far superior.

Yeah I’ll probably do that as well. I usually leave the house with my iPad Pro anyway when needing to stay connected for my job. I’ll probably 3D print some brackets to hand it off the MME screen.

I put the OCDPlug screen protector on the MME screen. So with a soft folio case, the MME screen is pretty well protected. My wife is getting the 12.5” iPad Pro. So she’ll have soooo much viewable screen. I have a 5 year old iPad Air. Still better than the MME screen.

Ugh that show…. Really wanted to love it. Really disappointed in all the changes they made to “update the material.” The Eye of the World was a great first book and would have made a great first season by just adapting it much more faithfully. And I’m not talking about cuts - I’m all in favor of cutting and there is plenty of bloat in WOT - but it’s the wholesale changes that rub me the wrong way.
