Yessss. It arrived at the dealership in Georgia on November 24th and then I went to pick it up and take it to the port in Jacksonville for shipment to Puerto Rico. I already have it here on the beaches of Puerto Rico since it is summer here all year round !!

It's back, sort of -- working intermittently. It's very laggy and sometimes times out.
I noticed ford.com was also incredibly slow today, which I attribute to the rush of people going online to configure the newly released F-150 Lightning Configurator (Build & Price).

It's likely they share the same servers, which is kind of obnoxious, but not uncommon

Just spoke to the FordPass team via chat. They didn't have an ETA but just said there was an issue with login and remote commands, and suggested I try again in a couple hours.

The inability of Ford to maintain anywhere near 100% uptime on their servers over the past few months is a big problem for a company hoping to make 400,000+ EVs a year...

FP is not working, but PAAK works fine. Car started just now and all auto adjustments were set.

Other than when they will get their servers up and running, the real question is:

Does anyone have any idea when us Build 1 customers, you know the people that bought low serial numbered vehicles (# 8879 is in my garage) believed Ford when they said OTA updates would be automatic and released regularly, will get the OTA problems fixed so we can get all the new features we were promised like BlueCruise????

I am trying to be patient, but come on!!!!!

PaaK failed on me when I went to pick up lunch about 90 minutes ago. Door and start passcodes worked as expected.

Oh, I’m in it as well. I’ve just never seen or heard from it, hence the laughs. I consider it a joke right now. They claimed I’d be among the first to have access to new features like BlueCruise.

Do you guys not have blue cruise either? Because ive had that since I picked up the car and it works flawlessly.

My car also failed to charge overnight as scheduled and I walked out to an “orange” mobile charger light. Is this related? Worked fine after I unplugged it and then plugged it back in. Does the scheduled charging only work if it has a connection to the server? Seems dumb but I’ve seen dumber from other IoT devices.

Mine charged to the 90% last night as scheduled. But I wanted to push it up to 100% before I left the house today but couldn't because the app didn't have that blue dialog thingy that usually says "charge to 100%".

I hear your frustrations; I'm an early build too. But that's the price to pay to be an early adopter. We will get there eventually! OTA updates post 2.1 are supposed to be fixed, if we can ever get there. They are adapting.

How odd, I am on iOS and the only icon I show is horn & lights. This is the most bizarre app I have ever seen. We are app developers and everybody gets our same app when they download from the app store. Geez.
