Thanks again. I'm clueless with investments. I should get more involved but its so boring.It's showing as "do not file" because it's not ready until 3/17/22. If you want to use TurboTax to do your return, wait until then and rerun the software.
In addition, what you "get back" isn't the issue for the solar credit, but it could be the issue for the vehicle and the charger install credits, which are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward. If you true tax liability before these credits is zero, then you lost out. That's unfortunate. We did a Roth conversion on 12/31/21 to fully utilize our credits.
