I suspect this is another concession to the supply chain issues. Ordering 100% of the same wheel will be cheaper and faster than ordering 25% two-tone and 75% something else. I'm guessing that's likely why they deleted the acoustic glass as well.
might be true .. but i don't think cost is an issue .. because they had to make white badging and white inserts for the wheels as well as the interior ... and are already charging more for the ice white package
I can't find the article right now, but there was one on one of the automotive sites about how Ford is making changes to their ordering and etc "live" while trying to figure out the supply chain issues. I think the mention of cost in that article was basically, "Ford could make it work, but the cost would be much higher than planned."
