Can someone help explain what this means when I call the number and provide the rail car?

It has been in KC for about a week now, but showed delivered Muncie Ramp on 2/25. When I called to track it after getting the rail car from the dealership, here is what it said. @oadesign would you know?

Does anyone know what it means if the Module Build Data report grows in length? My report went from 18 pages to 26 pages in a day, but I don't know what that means...? My car has been "Built" since 2/23 and as of yesterday it was marked as "Shipped"...

We started this journey on 8/5/21, Ford says it could end on 5/18/22. Being this patience is most difficult!

On the Module Build Data page, listed are PCM Modules and BCM Modules. What's the difference? The BCM lists 100's of modules, but the PCM lists nothing. Any help will be appreciated.

When I put my VIN into the United Road Delivery Receipts page it shows "Load Number", an empty "Order ID" column, the VIN, and the "Destination" with my dealer correctly listed. Does anyone know what this means (besides presumably that the delivery will ultimately be handled by United Road)? Thanks.

Did you have to log in to see that?

No. Just go here and insert your VIN. But note that not all cars will be handled by United Road so it may not show anything.

Of course mine is showing nothing...DOH! I thought west coast is handled by United Road hmmmm Makes me wonder now

I've looked at cars destined for various places in CA and OR and some show up on UR while others don't. I'm not sure if its the dealership (group) or some other factor, but cars for two dealers in the same group but different states (CA & OR) showed up on the UR site, while other dealers' cars in CA didn't.

That's good to know. Going to remain hopeful mine will appear......not fond of the blind idea and then magically appearing lol

I am confused at which Train network the railcar AOK 501819 belongs to? I tried all three companies CSX, US, and NS, but none has a trace of this rail car?
