Gonna get dealer to do this on Monday, should be part of the same old TSB right? (I haven’t had any RFA done yet)
Yes it is part of 21P22 if you haven't had it done or any previous TSB. They can't pick and chose a previous version to update you to. It's the latest version, which would be this one released today.

Is the RFA module responsible only for PAAK or the keyfob as well?
Both and it should be noted that it's just a single component of many that work together for PaaK.

VDM -

Flashed without error
Database successfully updates and update removed
Approximate time 3 minutes
WARNING: Causes Persistent DTC (unknown consequences):
Test Drive: No alerts or abnormalities. Noted that Bluecruise failed to engage on my initial attempt. De-activation and subsequent re-activation enabled it.
This VDM persistent DTC showed up on mine a week ago. I was finally able to clear it while driving and it did not return after the update. I had assumed that the update was partially to address this issue.

No update or test drive issues after.

Today I updated my RFA and VDM without any problems. The RFA does the typical "Reverse Brake Assist not available" warning the first time you back up, but this goes away after a moment.

I avoided the temptation to "update" brick my BlueCruise with the non-Job 2 BlueCruise-related updates FDRS tried to offer me.

When I did the RFA yesterday, I noticed it made the door buttons inoperable for the duration of the update, which actually makes sense considering that’s what’s being updated.
It reminded me to do windows down and leave doors open for all FDRS updates. I didn’t get stuck outside the car, but almost could have.

Got the same 1-time message about reverse brake assist and it cleared as well.

PaaK had been working fine for me before this RFA update, so I didn't notice any difference initially. But the one part of Paak that never really worked that great was the kick-to-open trunk. It always worked perfectly with the fob, but only about 50% of the time with PaaK. Well, after this RFA update, the kick-to-open function has been working 100% with PaaK. Not sure if that was its intent, but I'm happy with the result.

It was pulling about 40 amps the whole time, so an external power source should definitely be used.
I have a feeling this is not as consistent as I had originally thought. Were your coolant pumps running during this update? I'd imagine that's where the power draw was.

For me they were not running during this. Also on the IPMA, i ran it twice.. the first time it failed after 20 minutes, the second time it succeeded. Pump was running the second time but not the first ..

I have a feeling coolant pumps running and power draw are not entirely consistent and depend somewhat on external conditions

Yup, coolant pump was running and radiator fan was blowing the whole time.
