I included in-car update experience pictures since so far I haven't seen any (but I'm early in the thread as I read this)

Found two bugs and I think one new behavior.

Bugs:
1. The motion sensor setting question reset itself to "ask". I know this was a bug, but it had been fixed at some point.
2. The rear seat reminder turned itself back on even though it said it was off - I had to turn it on, then off again.

New behavior, I think: a six month timer on the rear seat reminder setting.

I think maybe the easy entry / exit is fixed but I need to drive a few more times first.

6 month reminder has always been there. The easy entry/exit is pretty reliable. I only notice it fail if I switch to drive or reverse straight away when turning the car on and not giving the seat enough time to move. Sometimes it bugs out if the profile bug happens, which is pretty common that it doesn’t load if I use remote start.

ah found one of my older posts on the Entry/Exit thing - it was 1.7.1 where it seemed to break for me, but that wasn't a consistent experience across owners:

that thread has some folks saying that it's tied to the profile bug on remote start, which is possible for some cases, but that doesn't fit with it moving partially to some random, inconsistent location, then stopping.

in any event the point is that it might be better. I won't know until I've driven a few times, though.

The motion sensor setting question will reset for at least 2 of the updates so get used to turning it back off.

The Entry/exit feature for me was broken when I picked the car up so its been off since week 2 of ownership...

What update gives the ability to have more complex update schedule? The dealer updated everything (except GWM) when I brought it in for the windshield recall but no I still only have the option to update (check for update?) 1x a week.

I had a Job 1 Premium AWD Extended before my GT PE and it had the same semi annual reminder for rear occupant alert. It is obviously easy to have missed it, since you'd only see it once when you turned it off.

It seems to me that after every OTA update so far, I’ve had to reset my alarm and rear occupant settings.
