Navigation Prompt Sound

I have noticed that my nav prompt volume setting won’t stay where I set it. It doesn’t matter if I’m using Apple maps or Waze it always goes back to a loud prompt with the very next prompt.
Has anyone found a way to get it to hold the setting?

Not sure if this helps, if you haven't already, but try restarting Sync in the car. While the car is on, hold down the Forward Seek and Volume down for about 10 seconds. The main screen will go black and Sync will reboot.

Same here with Android Auto from Maps. I set a volume level and the next instruction from the nav app while I drive is again at the original level. So annoying

It's such a small thing but it's driving me crazy! I like the prompt to be very quiet!

I have the opposite problem on my '17 Mustang. The music that is playing will lower in volume for the navigation prompt and then once the prompt is done, it will stay lowered. I'm constantly hitting the volume up button after every navigation direction or Waze alert.
