How weird that this is failing for so many people at the dealer. I wonder if it just takes longer for dependent updates to arrive? Like the bulletin says bill up to 8 labor hours (I think) but yours clearly took longer...

True. I'm just frustrated that I finally sprang for a Mongoose and FDRS license, and I am part of the crew that just simply doesn't have access to the last updates needed for Bluecruise. I'm using the same stuff the dealer would, so they'd be in the same position. All available updates pushed, but still nothing.
My theory is that since this feature is subscription based, it needs server auth to finalize it and that part hasn’t been pushed out to all VINs yet
Not like we haven't seen that on other CSPs. Ford pushes the updates out in a counterintuitive manner. It seems to be important to keep going back to do the GWM and TCU updates that come after other modules are updated. Ford should sequence them so that they can only be performed in that order. We know they have the capability to sequence based on the group of modules that automatically update when the PCM is updated.
What dealer did the update? Mine is at the dealer today. As of 2 pm all updates are done but they are not seeing the options they are expecting. Have a call into Ford.
