I think the question is whether the dealer didn’t say anything until after they completed the contract. But no way should they be able to get away with this.That would make sense. I can’t see how anyone would agree to a contract if they won’t give them the car and you have to make payments for who knows how long.
Perhaps the car market is at peak insanity that buyers are fine allowing a dealer to sell them a car yet not deliver the car to them.
