Reserved a MME 2022 AWD Select Grabber Blue on May 22.
Dealer told me the wait time has grown to almost 52 weeks and it may be a 2023 model year build instead. Anyone been told this ?

I think it all depends on the size of the dealership and the allocations the have. Higher volume dealers would see cars been scheduled sooner. But I have seen smaller dealers getter order scheduled earlier. It all depends on the scheduling lottery.

At least the 2023 model will come with improvements like Android Auto instead of the current QNX based infotainment system.

I ordered May 21,2022 and was told 6-8 months for premium AWD SR But I agree my dealer said If it’s 2023 model they will let me know in fall otherwise it’s 2022. No vin or build date yet.

yes, my dealer said he will contact me to tell me if it is a 2023 later in the year. I read that 2023 builds/orders will start sometime in August. TBD…

I heard that’s the when the order bank opens up and building starts in October. I pray they fix all the gaps of info that everyone is getting and just make it a standard delivery window like Tesla does…

I called the sales manager at my dealership and they have escalated it to the ford rep who said word for word about getting it built “probably but can’t say for sure. I will try to have it built in the next cycle”

ordered 4/16/22 and I had the vin roughly end of april so Ive been able to track it for a while now.

Wow, I ordered a week after you and still don’t have a VIN. Seems so random how all this works.

That’s awesome. I’m still hoping somehow my order gets build that I ordered on April 26th but otherwise I have one reserved in Saskatchewan just really don’t want to pay for the shipping if I don’t have to…

ordered 4/16/22 and I had the vin roughly end of april so Ive been able to track it for a while now.

I got news from our dealer today after calling to ask about the safety recall (he tells me that it's only of impact to MMEs built before May 27th) that our vehicle is also in production (Star White, Premium AWD) and we ordered on April 13, 2022 - so not far from when you ordered. So now hoping that it doesn't take millenia for it to get built and make it up here on the train. I figure mid to late August for delivery is a safe-ish bet... maybe.
