So my dealer has posted my Mach-E on their site with standard dealer pictures. I can’t get a hold of anyone today to get status of recall fix on it. This is becoming painful.

Are they trying to sell your car out from under you?

Lol should I try to see if they'd give me a price on it to catch them in the act?

What’s a Galpinized vehicle anyway? Don’t Galpinize my MME, bro. Whatever that means!

I’d take their Customer Bill of Rights checklist and score how poorly they performed on each item.

My dealer order (shipped 20th or 21st of May to VA.) as of last night was updated to be on ramp 2G in Wilmington DE, waiting to be picked up by the next carrier. I’m hoping it will arrive today or tomorrow!!

I got the text few hours after posting this, that my MME arrived. I went down to see it!!

I then got another text on Tuesday that it would be available to pick up on Wednesday, that it would be updated and clear the recall!!!!!! Unfortunately I couldn’t go today to get it but will be picking it up Thursday afternoon!!!!

Oh lord... I hope they're not trying to sell it to someone else. I would absolutely lose my cool if they did that.

I might not be able to get out to them tomorrow. I'm off, but the wife isn't. So I will be with the kids most of the day. Friday we're both off so I can go Friday for sure.

I just spoke to some random sales dude at Galpin. He says he will call me back with the status of the recall fix on my MME. I still haven't received a single phone call from any of the managers at Galpin. I called them last week, and this week. Multiple times. Again... not being a jerk/a-hole. Just kindly asking for price protection, and this week, asking about the recall fix status.

I'm not going to give Galpin my business going forward.
