Hi. I've been having an issue where I get random charge faults when charging at home and recently after driving to 5% battery my charge time went through the roof. 11 hour charge and only got to 57% Its a 240v 50 amp line (tested its aok). Seams extremely slow. Any idea what could be up?

It can be anything, your charger or your car. I have a separate meter before the Grizzl-e, and the only thing I noticed that after one of the latest updates the power went down by about 7%, lengthening the charging time correspondingly. Actually, it stays at max for the first few minutes, and then goes down by about 7%.
I would take a car to some known L2 charger, we have ChargePoint everywhere. You will get a receipt indicating time, power, and energy. If that looks ok, then it's not your car, it's the problem with your home charger.

Hi there! I can look into your Mach-E's charging concerns on my end. To get started, could you please send a private message over with the name/location of your local Ford dealer and your Mach-E's VIN?

make sure the mobile 'pigtail' is fully inserted in the charger, make sure plug is full inserted in outlet, make sure j1772 pins and your car port are clean and dry to get good connection. If it is over 85-90F in your garage that can be slowing you down....

If its still slow, then plug your charger into an outlet somewhere else, like at the dealers, and see if you get a decent charge rate.

Then, use somebody elses mobile charger, maybe one at the dealers to see if you get the same charge rate.

and in the future, I'd suggest not driving your charge down below 10% if you can help it. You'll get much better battery life in the long run if you try to keep it between 20%-80% most of the time.
