I ordered our grabber blue Premium ER AWD on 1/6/22 and just saw that it's scheduled for production the week of 9/26. Woohoo.

I got a call from my dealer today, and they informed me that my order has changed to "Clean" status. Dark Matter Gray Select RWD with C/T package, ordered April 7, 2022. I asked them if they believed it would be a 22 model still, and they confirmed, because it was "Clean", it was very likely to make it into the '22 scheduling. Fingers crossed!

For what its worth my dealer said this:
"Still not scheduled yet. What we have seen before if you don't get a VIN assigned before next order year you get converted over"

I ordered a Select AWD around March 9th, and I have no idea if I will be getting a 22 or not.

Well my dealer just "officially" confirmed that my order is being converted to a 2023 and we can do it on Aug 15th. Siiiigh. At least I will have all the options available this time.

Hi All, first for post me and it's a question for you all smart folks.
I placed an order for my mach e about 2 months ago. I have an invoice and everything, but it's lacking the VIN. The dealership keeps on pushing the build date. But yesterday, the dealer finally shared the VIN with me. Does that mean that my car will be build soon? Or is it just a way of getting me off the dealer's back for a while?
Another question, does the probability of receiving a car depend on the trim level? are they making more of some certain vs other?

I am not an expert but if you have a VIN you should be on the schedule for production so hopefully soon.
And yes depending on the trim some were scheduled before than others, I believe curtains parte missing were the reason. Premium were the main impacted

hopefully I don't jinx myself, I ordered my GT PE about 2 months ago, got VIN yesterday, hopefully in hand by end of September or there abouts. I am in Canada, is delivery quicker to Canadian buyers? I have been reading some horror stories of how long some folks wait. It seems to be the premium trim level that takes the longest.

Literally means nothing
“Order received by Ford Motor Company, has no compatibility errors, and is not yet scheduled for production”

so essentially anyones order after the automated parking removal.

How can they officially confirm it if ford hasn’t even finished scheduling mach-e’s. Makes zero sense, shady dealer
