Still waiting for Blue Cruise OTA update

I've had by Mach-E since March 2021, a couple of months ago I received notice about getting the Blue Cruise - OTA and it would be free for a year. Still waiting. Seems like everyone else has gotten it, am I the only one waiting?

Nope. Build/buy Apr/May 2021. Received PUP 2.7.4 last week of June. Waiting for the 2.8 series OTAs to arrive.

Same thing here. Had since June 2021 and still waiting. Currently on 2.7.4 and no updates since June 2022. Called the useless Ford tech customer service and they just say wait. Worried the free trial year will be invalid by the time I get the OTA. I believe that's in September?

My BC updates started on May 16 and completed on June 21 and that’s when my trial period started. Have not decided yet whether or not it is worth paying extra for but plenty of time left to make that decision!

I’m still waiting too. You do have the option of going to the dealership to have it installed, but I do know Ford is aware that a subset of Mach-Es are still without the most recent updates and are looking into it.

Received the 2.7 block of updates pretty quickly end of may and then it just stopped at 2.7.4. No updates since.

He's worried that since the memo says "This program will be in effect through September 30, 2022. There is no mileage limit for this program.", he won't have BC by then.

If Ford can't get every vehicle updated with BC by then due to issues they or dealers are having, they will extend this, I guarantee it.

Yeah, I'm not taking it to the dealership unless it's DIRE. I've not had good luck with the dealer working on my car.

Oh, same thing my friend. I shuddered taking it in for the 10,000 mile service which is basically just a tire rotation. They just don’t know how to work on these vehicles.

I received the BC OTAs but am still waiting for BlueCruise to work.
2.8.3 was completed on June 1st so it has been 8 weeks and counting.

I am not holding my breath though.....
