More like a lot of help.
Second time I am seeing this (8/9 and 8/15), nothing on the screen in the car, nothing pending that I can see, they obviously need my help. I have multiple "escalations" going with support as it is. (1) BlueCruise has never worked (updated 5/5 at the dealer, maps are valid, all settings correct, supposedly activated and clock is ticking), (2) no charge or ev driving logs, no charge notifications (notifications enabled in FordPass) since that time and case open for a month. OTA updated for the recall but it still shows as incomplete in FP and owner dot ford dot com - do I need another "escalation"?
