stupid foot swipe rear hatch thing is dumb... but awesome when you need it... and it works ;-) sad it was cut... but that seems to be an "easy" one for them to axe- many of the new volvo laoners (that I seem to drive more than my actual xc90) all had stickers that say the foot swipe thing is gone due to chip/mod shortages.

How do you guys track BNSF railcars .. I tried calling the customer support number 888-428-2673 and I'm ending up at weird options every time.. Can someone here help..

Ford chat said my car is at Ramp 6M Argentine.. Railcar BNSF314668.

Well my car failed inspection regarding the axle shaft recall. Dealership ordered the part but no ETA. Bummed that i cant take my delivery. Anyone had this recall fixed? How long did the part to get delivered?

did they have any other info regarding when the car would leave the ramp? also in Norcal and had my ETA bumped to october.

Interestingly, I just had my insurance agent update a quote for the MME, and she mentioned she also ordered an MME and shares the same ETA to the same dealer (Folsom Lake).

Hi. It took about a week for mine. That's including the labor day weekend that slowed it down a bit. Sales guy marked it as rush saying it was for a customer. If not Ford said it would take about 2-3 weeks.

Hi. It took about a week for mine. That's including the labor day weekend that slowed it down a bit. Sales guy marked it as rush saying it was for a customer. If not Ford said it would take about 2-3 weeks.
Taking mine in tomorrow. Dealer said they would give me a rental/loaner. Hope it’s no more than a week.

Got the call today that mine arrived at my dealer in Salt Lake City behind initial ETA of 8/29 but ahead of updated ETA of 9/22-28. They're prepping it now and checking for recall confirmation which I'm fully braced for....

Was lucky enough to be in the ~600/1100 that the rear axle recall did not apply to and was able to pick mine up tonight!

Funny thing I was surprised by. Got the interior protection package and sticker says no carpet mats (specifically remember seeing this so I wasn't expecting any) yet it came with the full set of carpet mats too.

Built 7/27. Dealer said they ordered the parts but no ETA. Talked to ford customer service and told them about my situation and would escalate it to expedite delivery.
