This one looks bad.

The others may be fine if you clear and they don’t come back. But, this short to ground sounds real bad and you should get into a dealer before charging or driving again to be safe.

I have the same DTC code in my MME.

I tried to clear it and it comes back. I really doubt it has anything to do with the OP's problem, and I wonder if it is really a problem. From what I have been able to determine, it is related to the 360 degree camera. But I don't have a 360 degree camera. So I suspect it is throwing the code because I don't have the camera. Obviously it should not be programmed to do that, but hey, who am I to question the software engineers at Ford?

12V battery is near dead, recommend an extended charge-desulfation, look for Mach-Lee's LVB recon thread.

Carscanner shows the Leakage Resistance measurement that indicates HVB-chassis isolation, probably a longshot, but would not hurt to check that.

No matter what, the car needs professional help, good luck.

To lose that amount of energy, something has to be hot. Or at least warm. Problem is all the vitals are hidden. But still, two of the HV contactors would have to be closed for any power to go anywhere. Unless it was internal of the pack. Or the charger.

The B1578:78 code is solved by updating the IPMA to the latest software and performing the camera alignment procedures. I've seen it on non-360 camera cars, it's some kind of glitch but it seems fixed now with latest updates. TSB 22-2295 describes the procedure which does work.

Yes, I do recommend a full 12V reconditioning charge here at some point. Here's the link Thread 'How to Recondition/Service Your 12V Battery'

He does not have an isolation fault, BECM would spit a code for that right away, long before that would get bad enough drain the HV battery in less than a week.

I took a look, I'm not seeing anything really crazy in the codes that could cause an unusual HV drain. OP does have some EVSE fault codes for inconsistent pilot and stuck trigger button. A faulty EVSE could set charge faults that are keeping the vehicle awake potentially? It's a Job 2 2021 with zero software updates, needs 21P22 and 22S41 done. Another alternative is he accidentally hit OK on the 30 min shutdown popup and just forgot to turn the car off? I think the car would keep running with the HVAC on all the way down to 0%/SSN before turning off. That would take about 1-3 days depending on HVAC power draw.

Check the odometer and make sure the kids/neighbors/squirrels aren't running it to 0 while you sleep. ?

Seriously though, this sounds like a weird unique one. Hopefully you get it figured out without too much hassle.
