Mach E Ordered But NOT scheduled yet

I ordered my Mach E on 09/14 but it is not scheduled yet. anyone near to this order date has scheduled for production?

My April Select order was not filled, pushed into 2023, lost incentives, lost color, upgraded to Premium trim, dealer put in priority code 10 w/ original order # and I still get a every 6 week email from Ford - just this week - still saying it's a Select order when in reality it's a Premium order.

My Premium took 45 weeks before I received a build date which is 50 weeks after ordering. guessing it will take an additional 6 weeks before it will be delivered. that would be 56 weeks for a 24 week advertised time frame.

Dig in, you have a long wait.

p.s. don't buy the cheaply made Tesla. The vehicle shell is not made well.

I ordered 11/11/21, it was scheduled 7/29/22 for a build date of 8/29/22. You've got a wait.

I ordered in April of 2021, scheduled in August of 2021 for production in September. Production was postponed twice into October. Ford never communicated any of this to me. ??

Just kind of surprise a legancy builder like FORD take so long to produce cars. Can dealer do anything to speed things up or pretty much out of their hands? My Civic which I thought can use for a while in the meantime of waiting was hit by someone running a stop sign and total two weeks ago.

Dealers have little to no control over production schedules and delivery. ?‍?

Usually there is a scheduling thread on Thursday or Friday. You can get a feel for when you will get a Vin from following them..

I know the feeling. Placed an order on 08/31/22 for a Premium ER RWD and still haven't gotten any updates. Looking at everyone else on the list who ordered recently looks like they're prioritizing Select trims and Premium AWD ER. Called Ford's number and they tell you that certain trims are slated mid October to late. It's all a waiting game.

Dealers have only one option: Mint Money from customers. They are happy, because they have got the money ($1000) for each booking and they can rotate that money as long as they want or until Ford send them the vehicle for delivery which ever comes first.
