They look great, they have some weight to them, and they fit well.

For removal, just pull on the knob cover with one hand while pushing down on the inner wheel of the knobs. That will help make sure, in case you have super human strength, that you won't pull the knob up with it. I have no concerns personally that these would somehow pull the knobs off.

Just got mine installed and the black really changes the look of the interior. I had a Boomba weighted shift knob on my 2016 GT. Amazingingly it changed the way the shifts felt.

the new knobs also change the way they feel (the detents in the turning). More substantial and solid. Well done. And yes, they are girthy. Again improves the feel
