So when we bought our used Mach e it had Alexa, we had to remove the previous owners profile and since then the Alexa APP is gone. The car has had several updates since then and it's now on 3.6.1 and Alexa is still not showing up anywhere.

Anything we can do to get it back or is this another software bug that has no real fix.

We do not have any option to activate Alexa, nothing Alexa related shows up in our settings now.

It did when we got the car but deleting the previous owners profile seems to have nuked all Alexa options in the car. In settings their is no Alexa tab to set it up. It simply does not exist anymore.

I have no idea how to help, but I'd start by rebooting the Sync system. (Hold the seek right and volume down buttons on the steering wheel controls for 10 seconds) It might reset the command.

You should not delete a profile, you should do a full Sync Reset.

Did you know you can scroll the tabs down on the left side of the screen? It should be at the bottom. Otherwise do a full SYNC reset like Rick said.

I dismissed the Alexa button on my car after I got the update and so far it seems like it's not possible to get it back. The only thing I haven't tried is doing a master reset. And I don't want to try out Alexa that badly to reset the whole car.

I dismissed Alexa as soon as it appeared, but the (setup?) button is still at the bottom of the list of settings buttons. I’d love to get rid of that button as well!

Anyone managed to resolve this? Alexa disappeared after a fordpass reset. No option in the settings menu anymore.

I managed to resolve this.
You need to reset fordpass from Mach-E settings.
Then reconnect using a fordpass account registered in UK or US or any other country that has Alexa in the connected services.
It seems that its Alexa is not available in some countries, and it depends on which country you have created your fordpass account. In some countries Alexa is not listed in the connected services.
If you have 2 fordpass account from 2 countries it will only count the first account connected to the car from my experience.
Once you connect to the car drive for a while. Turn off the car for some time(30mins) in my case. After the above I saw Alexa at the bottom of the settings menu.
