I realize that Auto Insurance is very specific to the insured driver's profile and record, their geography, etc., but are there any Auto Insurers that so far appear to be cheaper for MMEs, or conversely, that are too expensive for the MME and that people are steering away from?
I have my MME on the way, it will probably be registered next week... I have AllState for Homeowners and had them for Auto last time I owned a car almost 12 years ago.
Driver age: 50+
Location: NYC
Car will be garaged, very light driving pattern, I estimate 7,500-8000 miles/year.
I will be quoting with AllState, Hartford(AARP), but if there are other insurers that people are gravitating toward, I'll consider them.
