Front License Plate Decal

I live in California where front plates are required. I recently saw a MB with a front license plate decal. I just received my Mach-e and didn't want to screw in a front plate, so this seemed like a perfect solution. I found the company in California that can legally produce these https://licenseplatewrap.com/
When I went to the site, they even had a picture of a Mach-e (shown here) with one of their plates. I have ordered mine and they say it will take about 5 weeks to get it through the DMV for approval, production and delivery.

They could not duplicate the UCLA logo personalized plate for me so I just made a color copy and laminated it.

a) that looks hideous, to be perfectly blunt about it
b) you can't just make a photocopy of your tag and put it on your car, it has to be the actual approved tag. the person who started this thread went through an officially approved vendor that the state certified (and even that one is ugly, too)

Yep, like mine too. I recommend not following the instructions and doing a wet install. It would have been really hard with this curve to get it right following their instructions.

I'm gonna be using these to cover the holes they drilled into my car ? but I saw some soft black material come out with the screws, a sealant of some sort? I guess drilling through the bumper means some of the metal will be vulnerable to oxidization so what's the best approach to:

1. file off the metal that is sticking out from the holes

2. prevent the holes from rusting

From what I have seen and read, it just says that you can not modify the wrap. You can't cut it etc. It doesn't say anything about it wrapping around. I'm not too worried about it on my GT. I posted a pic above, It fits tight on the GT, but it fits Plus the paper you get from the DMV states your car is able to have it. It also says to carry your front metal plate in the car. I'm thinking you would be pretty safe that way.
