The FordPass has always accepted my VIN and recognized it as a Mach E but nothing else was available to me until last night. Vehicle was produced yesterday and shortly after that is when other stuff started to appear on the app. Still incomplete though.....I think I broke it.I put my vin in FordPass but nothing comes up. I think the app is being developed still. Do you have a build date coming up soon?
I think the app is glitchy still. Some have had luck by adding the VIN when logging into FordPass via their website (vs the phone app). Delete the vehicle, then add it back and enter the VIN. Then force close the app and see if that works.Not imminent. Last communication was week of December 21.
What's "other stuff" in there? My build date is Nov 17 but info in the app is very limited. I deleted the app from my phone. It has no useful features for me at the moment anyway so it's just taking up space. Obviously I will have to download it when the vehicle arrives so hopefully it will be ready by then.When I set it up today I got a message from the app saying people have been reporting battery drains from it. great... There solution was to reboot the phone.

I have had to periodically uninstall and reinstall the app to stop the drain. Really strange as it will stop doing it for a period of days or weeks and then reappear for no apparent reason.
Of course, you could also say OS updates don't play well with FordPass.FordPass doesn't play well with OS updates . I would check FordPass after each one.
