Just googled that part number and it comes right up for order on the Ford website:

Yea I see it on the website (there's a link in the other thread I provided) but my dealer (Canadian) is saying it doesn't show up for him.

Don't think I can order off the US Ford Accessories website.

The Euro one reads Mach E. I’m sure that’s why it’s more expensive

The website is Ireland (ie web address and the price is in Euros), the hole is not big enough for a CCS plug and the installation manual says " Expert Fitment Required". So, in theory you have to take your car to a Ford Dealer to get it fitted.

If you mean the charger, different countries have different mains plugs/sockets. If you mean the data connection socket Apple used their own incompatible standard to everyone else (Lightning). I mean every stupid European country has a different, incompatible wall socket, necessitating hauling along a sackful of stupid adaptors just to plug my charger into a UK wall outlet and a French wall outlet and a German wall outlet and a Portuguese wall outlet and an Italian wall outlet and a Croatian wall outlet and a Swiss wall outlet and so on. But instead of fixing their stupid wall outlet nightmare, they decide to launch a jihad against Apple because of the freaking lightning port on the iPhone? Even though the other end of every cable that plugs into that lightning port is a standard USB-A or USB-C connector that plugs right into the standard ports in the Mustang Mach E (there, I’m on-topic)? In this instance the Europeans, as much as I like them, are silly and misguided, and wasting energy and resources.

If you are not too far from the US border there are a bunch of services you can use to buy US products and have them delivered to a US address. The UPS Store will do it

PK9Z-10D802-A ship direct from the vendor. Ford does not provide us an ETA and does not show if it is in stock.

I then asked if it was possible to order using points:

We can however Ford Pass is non refundable and there is no time frame. If you do not mind waiting I could submit the order. It could be days or months even.
