Bloomberg Business posted that Tesla is under investigation after steering wheels fall off while driving. The investigation was open March 4th and applies to 120,089 model Y cars.

Looks like someone at manufacturing didn't put the nut back on in those cases and NPR just said that might be the case for Teslas.

Because it's Tesla it gets the full-court press.
