ya, seems kinda weird to argue and debate an 'insider' with direct access to information. Plus, he/she is nice enough to share information. Why put that access at risk?

What I don't understand is that we ALL have been waiting patiently for this car and have been conversing with each other for the past year quite contently. Now that we are getting very near 'd' day some people have decided to turn on others, disputing what they say and arguing on here in public. It is not doing anyone any good. I was hoping to get some good reviews from some on here when they took delivery of their cars but those who I think I would trust are likely to not continue on here. Reading some of the posts, I must admit I don't think I would either. It's a great shame. If I am lucky, I am 96 days away from getting mine. The burden of the wait has been eased by partaking on this forum. I just feel sad that it has got to this point.

Not the brightest bulb in the pack for sure, but I don't think it was a debate. More like being called a liar based on nothing other than someone's less than full understanding of liquidated damages. But yes, if someone says "A told be X", even if "X" turns out to be wrong that doesn't make the messenger a liar.

Life is too short to waste.

It is highly unfortunate that some recent contributors (over the past two months) have brought the forum to this point. I made the point yesterday or the day before that the "insider" information was a privilege and shouldn't be taken for granted. Yet some did and now have ruined it for the rest of us.

I’m trying to limit my comments to dispelling FUD and incorrect/incomplete information. I’m not on here to change anyone’s mind or argue about opinions.

If I have something shareable I’ll probably do so.

whoever is pissing people off please leave ASAP. Many people on here spend significant time passing out info as other read and contribute their thoughts. This NEEDS to continue. No one wins if someone leaves.

I had to turn in my BoltEV today after already extending the lease as long as GM would let me. I have a lot of FUD now! Haha. Live as a one car family while we wait to see delivery timeline and real world examples of the financing programs for the MachE or break down and cancel my order and go back to an ICE vehicle after 6 years of driving BEVs?!?!?! The next few weeks will give me a few more gray hairs I'm sure.
