Seems simple here Non-tesla but nope that does not work. Wondering if anyone in the states has set up the app who does not own any Tesla products and the charge your non-tesla graphics has shown up in the app? Appears here if you want to charge a non-tesla you need to buy something.
Or perhaps give Tesla your credit card number? So theoretically be able to buy something?

I don’t have a Tesla and it works fine for me. I see the Magic Docks in NY but not the ones in Canada yet.

Thanks. You have no tesla products (vehicle, powerwall, solar invertor or wall connector) and installed the app clean without products? Do you get the charge a non-tesla graphics in your profile? A screen shot of your profile would be helpful.

Account all setup with charging payment method and accepted.
Huh. If it won't let you see the chargers still? That sucks. Not sure what else it could be.

I also have the app and account created with credit card # added, and there has never been any charging options listed. Just links to buy Tesla products. I've had the app installed since magic dock was announced for the US, and have never seen the option.

It's all the way to the right, scrolling. But I do wonder if it's some stupid country specific issue.

Thank you for the confirmation. It appears if you do not have a Tesla product you do not have the option to charge a non-tesla. All the videos I have watch are by people charging non-tesla's who have a tesla account already and own tesla products.

There are no such options, see video below.

That's it that what we get. Thinking there is no sense standing beside a magic dock and hoping something magical will happen.

I really can't understand why Tesla only allows people to charge "non-Tesla" vehicles if they own a Tesla vehicle.

Where is the logic in that!???

Maybe it’s an iOS thing? I checked my Tesla app on my iPhone 12 Pro and had the option (see below). I don’t own a Tesla (never have), live in the US, and did register a credit card with my account…all in anticipation of the day I might / could use a Supercharger.

This was the first choice on my app…no swiping necessary. I don’t know how I got this to show.

And the two Canadian Magic Docks are not showing up on my Tesla map yet:

What is cool is that I can now see Tesla Destination Chargers…which are Level 2 and free to anyone, so with my Lectron adaptor I can now find those more easily!

Yeah, the new Canadian Magic Docks should not be showing up in the Tesla app yet. The article said they'll be rolling out that information later. ??

That is the way I take it right now. We have been Musked ;)

Appears yours shows up on the start page where every other one I have seen shows up in profiles. It also shows up above the Experience a Demo Drive ad that me and @DaMeatMan have up top with no charge your tesla page as you show. What iOS are you running? You have no Tesla products and it just showed up after installing the app? iOS 16.6 Iphone 11 here and no such luck. Maybe one needs to be in your geographical area which makes little sense or maybe Canadians are ban right now.
