Stuck on “Getting the latest software update status”

My 2021 Job 2 Mach-E can’t seem to load the update status. As soon as I click on Software Updates it just loops this loading screen. Tried force restarting the sync display, turning the car on and off. Left it sit on for 20 min. Display hasn’t changed.

Any ideas? Ford Pass app doesn’t show any recent updates. Seems to have started after I fast charged this afternoon.

Yep, mine did that the other day after telling me 6.7.0 was ready to install. Everytime I went to tell it to update, it gave me that screen. I ended up giving up and it worked the next day. Not sure what the issue was.

None, I was just trying to change the schedule but it won’t even load the update status screen.

According to Ford Pass app last I got was 6.2.1 on December 5th.

I had the same thing recently. It cleared after a couple of days when the un-named update pushed thru.

Well just went out to run an errand and it’s fixed itself. Apparently installed 6.3.0 while it was glitching out.

Been driving most of today so it’s been charging and discharging a lot. Which usually triggers updates for me. Winter time has cut my range down about 30% ?

Mine started doing that after 6.2.1 was installed - although the status was different depending on where you looked. Two days ago, 6.3.0 appeared, then showed Not installed (in the car), then yesterday 23-PU0722-DC-CHG3 appeared while I was driving around and parked somewhere other than home, FordPass not showing this one yet. Seems to always happen now in my driveway (Wi-Fi?) but not when I'm out doing errands in some parking lots. (MY 21, Job 1)
