CANBUS system... any advice where to easily tap into the MS-CANBUS (+) gray/orange and (-) violet/orange wiring harness?

To all the CANBUS Wizards out there...

I am looking for the best (most easily accessible) place to tap into the MS-CANBUS system, specifically the MS CANBUS grey/orange (+) or HIGH wire and the MS CANBUS violet/orange (-) or LOW wire.

I know these wires are accessible coming out of the GWM under the center console. I'd rather not have to mess with unbolting the center floor console just to get to the GWM, if at all possible.

Perhaps a CANBUS Wizard out there can point me to a more accessible place to tap into these two CANBUS (+) and (-) wires.

Many thanks in advance... and just in case we agree to keep confusion to a minimum, a DM answer would work for me just as well as a publicly posted answer, as you choose.

HIGHLY recommend that you DON'T tap into the CAN bus anywhere. By doing so you can introduce noise and interference which can interfere with critical network communications. Your car may act possessed and you might have all kinds of weird problems that don't make sense. It can also cause the car to stay awake and drain the 12V battery.

The OBD port is the designated place to communicate with the networks. I'm not sure what you're adding that would need hardwired MS-CAN communications?
