Yeah, the glass roof is a liability and there may be some weight savings with going with a solid roof. We can certainly afford to trim 200-300 pounds off somehow. Hopefully new battery tech doen the line will allow for that. These things need to get to like 4000 pounds given their size. Model 3s are 3800-4000 pounds for the dual motor.Since the Rally is getting the new in-house rear motor and associated electricals and electronics, my guess is that the new GT is too. One can only hope that they divorce the glass roof from the GT to be in line with the Rally. ??
