12v Values | Carscanner

Hey all,

I tried Carscanner for the first time today and I noticed for me that the 12v values are showing on the dashboard.

Is there any setting that I need to enable in order to see that data?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I didn't have to enable anything to get the values. However, I also own the Pro version. Maybe the data you are looking for is only visible with the Pro version of the app.

I upgraded to pro and still not seeing the 12v values. Really frustrating. Will try and contact the developer and see if they can give some insight.

Yeah the little bit I looked at it, it seems really nice. Hoping to the sort that issue out

There is another dashboard (you have to swipe left/right a few times) that shows a graph of the 12v power consumption. Does that dashboard populate the 12v values in your app?

Try to create a custome page with data that you want on your page. Add 12v SoC and see if that works out.

I did see a dashboard that shows the voltage but not the percentage…I think. I would’ve thought that it would just show on the main page

Go into demo mode (last car used) and you can create your own dashboards with any values you would like to see. Then next time you plug in you can use your own created dashboards.
