I (and many others) got the Supercharger Plug & Charge Powerup a few days ago. I'm in EAP but I wasn't in the tiny group that got a temporary prototype adapter in advance.Has anyone (outside of the media event folks) actually seen the supercharger software update yet?
You got that right!I think it is a problem that my car will take up two spaces when I am charging. And when I do it, I don't think the Tesla bros will care that it is Ford's fault and not mine. They will be upset with me.
For those of you in the U.S. who are already receiving your adapters, can you tell me if they are coming USPS, UPS, or FedEx? We are going to be in Europe for the next 3-1/2 weeks and want to have a neighbor watch for it, or manage the delivery in some way so that it is not "misplaced".Now that's fast delivery service!

@ChasingCoral got a loaner from Ford for testing/demos. He has to return that one, and Ford isn't projecting customer deliveries to start until April at the earliest. Did you actually go on line and place a reservation for one? If so, then the email they sent you has a link to the status which has your expected delivery date. If you didn't reserve one online, then you need to place a reservation online and you won't be getting it for months. For those of you in the U.S. who are already receiving your adapters, can you tell me if they are coming USPS, UPS, or FedEx? Thank you.
It was sure looking like some were already being delivered. I guess they are all loaners for one reason or another. I didn't realize that no one had an estimate earlier than April. Yes, mine is reserved. Thank you.@ChasingCoral got a loaner from Ford for testing/demos. He has to return that one, and Ford isn't projecting customer deliveries to start until April at the earliest. Check your spam folder. Seems like a lot of confirmation emails went to people's spam folderI didn't and after going through the process of ordering one, I haven't gotten an email, confirming the order that others are getting. It seems every-step-of-the-way, there's an issue. I have a Tesla also, and there's zero communication from them, which is actually better than what we get from Ford, which is spotty.
If you get the Tesla software update for your car at the bottom it tells you can reserve an adapter. So has anyone received anything directly from Ford about ordering a charging adapter? I saw it on this forum first, and have seen several online articles since. But nothing directly from Ford through the app or email. I'm guessing some owners don't know about this yet and by the time they order may not get one for a long time. Latest I saw is orders are over 35k and September shipment. Anyone have a later order than that?
Received the update this afternoon. Not part of EAP and adapter reservation status estimates June for shipping.Has anyone (outside of the media event folks) actually seen the supercharger software update yet?
Have you tried ordering (reserving) it again? When I did it Thursday morning, I had no email after an hour. I went back to FordPass and tried again. It let me, which tells me my first attempt just disappeared into the ether. Got the email within minutes the 2nd time.Reserved mine the morning of the 29th. Still no confirmation email. Checked my spam and junk folders. Time to waste time on the phone. Anyone else?
