Have you tried ordering (reserving) it again? When I did it Thursday morning, I had no email after an hour. I went back to FordPass and tried again. It let me, which tells me my first attempt just disappeared into the ether. Got the email within minutes the 2nd time.
Option to reserve again is gone. Must be somewhere in the system.

Reserved mine the morning of the 29th. Still no confirmation email. Checked my spam and junk folders. Time to waste time on the phone. Anyone else?
A few pages back in this thread I noted I had the same issue, order placed but no confirmation email and nothing in spam/junk, reserve option disappeared, I spoke to Ford, they were able to confirm my VIN had an order associated with it, but weirdly the order wasn’t associated with my FordPass account yet. They said they’ve been having system issues and to give it a few days. The comment details all the folks I talked to.

Got OTA yesterday morning and not in EA. Had the tesla certificate in Fordpass under plug and charge section next to Electrify America.

I ordered early morning 2/29, reservation number 421.

For those of you in the U.S. who are already receiving your adapters, can you tell me if they are coming USPS, UPS, or FedEx? We are going to be in Europe for the next 3-1/2 weeks and want to have a neighbor watch for it, or manage the delivery in some way so that it is not "misplaced".
Thank you.
I recall it was UPS.

It was sure looking like some were already being delivered. I guess they are all loaners for one reason or another. I didn't realize that no one had an estimate earlier than April. Yes, mine is reserved. Thank you.
Nope. All the ones out at this point are loaners.

All three offer vacation hold, which you should take advantage of.

Dang. I couldn't wait for the free ones so I decided to order the adapter from Lectron. Was contemplating between the Lectron one and the AZ2 one but ultimately got the former. Would love to get this "official" adapter for comparison!

And the 'cherry on top' is there will be no more gas appliances after 2030.....electric furnace....dryer.....yikes.
The restriction is on new construction. People aren't going to be forced to rip out their existing gas-powered stoves, water heaters, clothes dryers, or furnaces on January 1st, 2030.

Well natural gas prices isn't exactly cheap either. It comes from the same utilities (PGE) and they just reported record profits. Yet they keep requesting rate increase to "Cover costs".
Natural gas is now at $2.94 per therm.
Last year I switched to a heat pump water heater and a heat pump HVAC system. Gas bill plunged from $190 to $8 (we still have a gas dryer and a gas stove). Electric bill went up less than $100. Bonus is that I now have air conditioning. Gonna call that a win.

Yes on PGE with Solar on NEM 2. I've already contacted PGE and reviewed options, We are on the lowest cost option.

BTW PGE rates are not the same across their entire service area. Each region/city has different rates.

I have friends north of me in PGE territory that's at $0.36/kwh
Are they on the same tariff as you are? Are they in a city/country that does Community Choice Aggregation where they may be contracting with a different electricity provider who supplies greener, and in many cases, cheaper generation rates? PG&E's rates do not vary by territory. The baseline amounts for gas and electricity may be dependent upon the area, but that's not the same as saying the rates for E1 in Carmel are different than the ones in San Francisco.
