How to find out state of charge (SOC) for the 12V battery?

Reading on this forum, it seems the reason most are having difficulty with a recent update is because it requires a high state of charge on the 12V battery (not the main EV battery). The main battery SOC is displayed in both the FordPass phone app, and in your on line Ford account. But I have found no where that shows SOC for the 12V....any clues on that? Thanks.

Go to your ford account online. Click on (your name) account. Where it says charge level, that’s actually your 12v level.

it's a bit confusing. But as mentioned above, go to ford.com in upper right corner click on the person icon and log into your account. Then upper right corner again click on person icon, drop down list click on ".....account" in my case it's Chris account. it will display
