Reading on this forum, it seems the reason most are having difficulty with a recent update is because it requires a high state of charge on the 12V battery (not the main EV battery). The main battery SOC is displayed in both the FordPass phone app, and in your on line Ford account. But I have found no where that shows SOC for the 12V....any clues on that? Thanks.
