I disconnected all 3, with the car turned off, reconnected them, turned on the car, and there's still nothing under "connected vehicle features". It quickly flashes and shows nothing (video below). Any tips?

The fact that I’ve done that already once and it came back and was working, and then it stopped working then it came back again working I’m not sure what the fix is?

Jim's garage is full of the rocks he receives from Ford.

LOL I used to have some koi in my front yard fish pond that wouldn’t fit into the frunk without folding them. Had a channel cat of similar dimensions in there too. ??

I just wanted to share something with you that I’ve been having a problem with. For the last three weeks I have not been getting any updates so I’ve been working with MachLee to see if he could help. He pointed out an area that you needed to make sure were enabled, so when I looked, I had none of these I didn’t have access to them to enable them. Whenever I clicked on the down arrow for connected vehicle features, it wouldn’t even open, there was nothing to Enable . So first suggestion was pull the battery negative cable for 10 minutes. I did that for a half hour this morning, still no options.
Next suggestion was to pull fuses 21 and 22, which they’re actually combined, you can see that in the attached photo of the fuse box, and let me add the way that you’re viewing on the photo is how you’re actually gonna be looking at it when you’re down there. I’ve got arrows pointing to fuses. There was also an older thread out there where somebody had the same problem as me and they pulled fuses 11 and 19 so while I was down there because of the hassle, I just 21 and 22 and 11 and 19 this was all with the battery connected and everything and now I have connected services so hopefully I’ll start getting some updates and Mach Lee and everybody else for their help.

Hi owners! We’re happy to announce that Software Update 6.14 is rolling out to Mustang Mach-Es. What you share with us in these owner forums and through In-Vehicle Voice Feedback are direct inputs to some of these changes, and we appreciate your continued passion for building an electric future alongside us. The update brings the following:
  • Replaced the Display Brightness Slider with +/- buttons to make it easier to use on your drive.
  • Combined the USB and Bluetooth media sources into a single app for easy access.
  • Moved the Sketch app into the “Entertainment” page so it’s easier to find.
  • Updated the icons on the top bar to make them easier to see.
  • Added a phone battery icon on the phone app screens.
  • The Public Charging application, previously known as Charge Assist, can be located in your application drawer, where other apps live.
  • You can now start and pay for charging on the BlueOval™ Charge Network without requiring a smartphone. Filter by charge speed and network while staying informed about real-time information about new chargers, such as availability and those under repair.
  • A new map view has been added, allowing you to visibly search for nearby chargers and quickly see what’s available.
  • Frunk Release – For MY21 and MY21.5 that have had the BCM update (which opens the frunk electronically), this update adds the button to their SYNC screen.

Software updates are designed to help make your vehicle better over time. We want to make sure you are getting the latest and greatest new features and improvements like this delivered to your vehicle.
As a friendly reminder make sure you:
  1. Have Automatic Software Updates turned ON – this keeps updates coming as they roll out.
  2. Set a Recurring Schedule – software updates may happen seamlessly in the background while you are driving, while others may require you to park and exit your vehicle so set the schedule for a time when you know you won’t need to drive the vehicle, like overnight.

Below is a quick step-by-step and here is a video of how to do this and some things to know about software updates on your vehicle.

How-To Guide:
Turn ON Automatic Software Updates
  • Go to “Settings” on your vehicle’s SYNC screen
  • Choose “Software Updates”
  • Toggle “Automatic Updates” to ON
Set a Recurring Schedule
  • Go to “Settings” on your vehicle’s SYNC screen
  • Choose “Software Updates”
  • Press “Schedule Updates” or “Recurring Update Schedule”

Things to Know:
  • Don’t skip your Automatic Software Updates – this impacts all future updates.
  • If an update requires you to be parked, you will receive a reminder in your vehicle (24 hours prior) and in your FordPass App. You can reschedule up to 2 mins before the update begins.
  • Software updates are not deployed to all vehicles at the same time and are done on a rolling basis – for example, your neighbor might get an update before you do.
  • While not required, we recommend connecting to WiFi for an improved update experience. If Wi-Fi is not available, your update will be delivered using the built-in cellular connection with your vehicle modem.

So, turn ON your Automatic Software Updates, set your schedule and let the updates roll in!
My Birthday is coming and all I want is the wipers to return to rest position upon turning car off.
Completionist's get what I'm saying :)

Did it stop rolling? Should we get out and push?

Somehow I was on a 1 on 1 focus call summer of 2023. I provided dozens of improvements.

not a single one has been incorporated. So does that mean my wish list was too elaborate or not germane? Or does Ford simply do what they want?

I suspect the latter, as my suggestions were significant.

corporate America: What do we know? they know what we want. LOL
What was your list?

Mr. Ford,
You said that 6.14 was rolling out a while ago. I have not received any ota updates on my 2023 premium since March 6. Are there any new words of wisdom pertaining to this update? Have any 23 models received it?
You realize there are 2021 owners on here who are still patiently waiting for your version of BlueCruise? I’m not saying getting 2023 owners “up to date” shouldn’t be a priority, but… actually yes, that’s exactly what I’m saying.

They have already started the 6.14 updates, so they might as well push it to everybody unless there's a problem. I feel for the 21 owners but apparently they decided to use some resources to develop 6.14 instead of prioritizing updates to BC so if they have started the rollout to 6.14 just finish it.
I have seen no indication of a rollout of BC updates and no statement from Ford so the average MME owner would think that it may not happen.

I know we talked about this before, and as indicated above, you gave me the hard time lol, but I just wanna show you what my screen looks like right now. I don’t really care if I get an update anymore I’m just wanting to find out do other peoples screens under update look like this where it says not completed and they talked about 6.2 we’ve been busy lol? I do remember about two days before this spring. I saw something say downloading and then after that, this is all I saw sense. And I just included the bottom of the screen basically what I think I already have.

?‍♂ Maybe. Maybe there are a few folks that have received it recently.
Should we get out and push?
And break the system?! Don’t be silly. :p

You may have received them as part of the Priority updates as some of the 6.x series that were suspended last year have been incorporated into various priority updates.
