Totally agree that we don’t need the parking to be that perfect that wheels get scratched.Looks like those wheels are flush against the curb. Really hope that is not the case. I would have an aneurysm if my rims got scratched up.

Yes.Does the parking assist do the changes from D to Reverse etc? ie gear changing and not just steering
I hope so... When I heard it, I was thinking it was the tire rubbing against the curb.Those sounds were the rarely used friction brakes.
So far it doesn't seem to be anything beyond what other new Fords offer. I'm hoping they add auto-park and auto-summon. I don't mean blocks away, just in and out of spaces. It would be an easy add as the car already does the park and unpark. The only difference is pressing a button on your phone instead of one in the car.Is this any different that what Ford's already been selling?
