Read the entire line (it wraps):

FORDPASS CONNECT 4GWI-FI
HOTSPOT TELEMATICS MODEM

If that is what is listed on yours, you have the modem and it won't disappear after 3 years.
yes, that's what I have

I still do think there's a decent question about the '23 Job 1 "Bluecruise 1.2" thing. With no time limit or duration on the window sticker, it seems very reasonable for a consumer to expect that "bluecruise 1.2" will function for the lifetime of the vehicle (or at least for the duration of the warranty.)

Ford actually makes it MORE of a question when they don't seem to be giving consistent durations to different customers. Some get 3 years. Some get 1 year.

I really wish @Ford Motor Company would respond to this thread with some more information.

I'm on a few forums that the Ford representative account resides.
No amount of tagging has ever drawn a response beyond the very narrow scope that all have witnessed.

I'm sure that there's some nice folks behind that account, but their hands appear to be tied very tightly.

Just a follow-up on the original issue:

I contacted Ford's connected service line (866-861-0420) and explained which car I have, what the window sticker states, and my own research concerning '23 job 1 vehicles usually getting a 3 year trial. The rep did some research, pushed the issue to another team, and then came back stating that I was correct and it _should_ have been a 3 year trial.

The reason he gave for it being 1 year was: issues with the new fordpass app. (I didn't respond to that.. )

He did state that he's escalating the case and the trial period should be corrected by the escalation team in 4 to 21 days. I also got a case number.

That matches my '23 GT (BD 19-APR-23). Same BC level and I have 3 years BC in connected services.

Was your Mach-E a demo? If so, as a Job 1 2023, you get the three years, but the clock starts ticking on the day that they put it into service as a demo.

Not a demo.

As mentioned in the OP, It has a build date of June 28th, 2023. Even if it was put into service on the day it was built, a 3 year trial would expire long after 6/1/25 mentioned in the original post.

I've updated that original post to add that I've spoken to Ford about it, and they should be fixing the trial period.

Thank you to everyone who has replied and tried to help.

Cool, please update us when you hear back.

I've seen a bunch of conflicting information... I'm the proud owner of a new 2023 GT (Job 1.) The build date was June 28th 2023. The car came with a mobile charger, but there was no mention of it on the window sticker. The sticker showed "bluecruise 1.2" as a standard feature, but no mention of trials, and nothing regarding BC in the optional section. (Mentioning this to establish the car is a Job 1 build.)

Should I be getting a 90 day trial, a 1 year trial, or a 3 year trial for Bluecruise?

The reason I'm asking is that my "connected services" in fordpass shows a Bluecruise trial expiring on 6/1/2025 (1 year after my purchase.) So far, I've only ever read about 90 trials and 3 year trials...

EDIT / MORE INFO: Please see this post: https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/2023-job1-bluecruise-trial-period.36558/post-809620. To summarize, Ford acknowledged an error on my trial and will supposedly correct it.
The Monroney sticker on mine says 3yrs complimentary. Also have the charger. Strange. What does your connective service say (website)

Not sure if it applies to the GT trim levels as well but I'm pretty sure that Bluecruise was included for 3 years on the Premium Job 1 MMEs...then it became a trial or option. I have a job 1 Premium model and I don't see anything specific (or extra) called out in the order I signed? And I have it for 3 years.

I'm wondering if you're getting an automatic one year deal because you're not the original owner maybe?

As promised, a status update:

It's only been a couple days since I called Ford's customer service line (see previous post in this thread), but I noticed today on ford.com that the expiration for my BC trial has changed. It's now 06/01/2027 (as it should be):

Thanks. I just checked mine and it's showing 2027 as well now instead of 2025. I didn't reach out to ford, which means it was a system-wide fix.

I really don't use BC much, but with 3 years (instead of only 1), there's a chance I'll get the BC 1.3 OTA before my trial expires.
