One thing I love about the A2Z adapter is the great padded case that comes with it. Anybody find a similar case for the Ford adapter?

Check out harbor freight, lots of nice small tool bags or if you want they have cases with customizable foam.

Here it is with the adapter. A single piece of foam, like in the A2Z case, makes it a perfect fit.

I ended up buying a padded Kindle pouch. The Tesla adapter fits neatly inside and it easily fits in the door pocket.
