What are these "Open Field Service Actions?"

I get my monthly health report and these have shown up for a while. This month I click on the "View Full report" button and it takes me to my Ford login. After logging in it tells me that a "vehicle health report is not available".


Anyway, what are these two alerts and why can't I see them on the Ford site? Can these be done at my home or do I need to take the car into the dealer?
