Mine has bricked twice now. It’s currently at the dealership… again. I’ve filed buy back paperwork, I’m just waiting for my 30 days at this point. Super bummed. It’s all to do with the 12v but they can’t figure it out.

Twice eh? The dealer can update the GWM software and resolve the lockout issue now so it won't happen again.

too bad @Ford Motor Company isn't reaching out to all VINs affected and bumping the module update to 'recall' status to be sure it gets done.

I saw the GWM update come out, but haven't really seen any good explanation on it. How are people getting locked out? To low of 12v or can't pop trunk, just not following as people tend to mask a lot of issues as HVJB or 12v anymore so its hard to follow on issues.

@Mach-Lee put a thread out on it that is worth a read if you have a '23 (which may have been delivered a 'bad' OTA at some point in the past). apparently a software bug that prevented correct 12v charging after OTAs
