No updates since summer 23. Would anyone be able to help?

Typically means your 12v battery was not at a high enough state of charge for the update to complete.

Well, this happened yesterday. I don't want to be hopeful, as Ford crushed my dreams too many times before.

I received this as well. I had not received an update since buying my 22 used back in November 2023. I was stuck on 4.2.2.

I noticed the other day when I went to use BlueCruise (before the update) I got a driver facing camera blocked message. I hardly use it but I guess I will ask my dealer next time I'm in about it.

I like to charge up the car and then leave it on all day/night for ~6 hours and that usually charges up the 12v enough for when I try again.

There is no set time frame. I've seen failed OTA's get resent in days, week and sometimes months.

Apparently not completed and failed are two different things. And not competed has no known mitigation. Great! The pain continues.

I received the 5.1.1 last week as I posted. Checked today and saw this. Gotta research what this "not completed" for the 24-PU0102-SVD-FX is. Hopefully it's not another "go back to the end of the line for another year".

Look at that, only 2 days to retry and complete successfully. Ford, don't give me hope.

I received 6.2.0 today. That's three in a week. Not bad since I have not had any in nine months.

Dealer told me they updated 8 modules, did an APIM reset and updated the gateway module.

We shall see if this fixes it for me.

I got 5.1.1 today, August 31, 2024. Before that was 4.2.5 on March 6th, 2024. Can someone help me with the math to extrapolate the rate of OTA pdate delivery to figure out when I can expect BlueCruise 1.3? I progressed 1.1.4 versions in six months. I know I have to cross multiply, but I can’t figure it out.

…and now I got 23-PUMO3-NAT-VCE, the repackaged 6.2.0! Apparently I’m actually unstuck! (Mind you, the voice feedback button it promises is nowhere to be found.)

I got 5.1.1 then one called “Smart changes” then 6.2.0.

First update in 10 months happened last week! Finally got 5.1,1.
Had the same issue as user above with not completing the next update, likely due to 12V not being high enough.

So here is my car after “updates.” Looks like they still missed a few but did a lot.

Unfortunately my Gateway Module is still “LKB” at the end.

Can anyone with a 2021 who started getting updates again after a year of no updates post what software version their gateway module is now? Mine is LJ8T-14H021-LKB

Funny is that I had a few of the things already, like the dedicated user profile button. ?
