I got an update today. I am a 2022 Premium AWD ER and my last update prior to today was in August 2023.

I communicated with my service advisor at my dealership regarding this issue multiple times this year. Thanks to his persistence he was able to get me scheduled a couple weeks ago to have all modules refreshed. Took 2 days.

Today, 2 weeks later, I got an update. 23-PU1113-UNX-DC.

Let the updates rain on my ride.

VIN 3FMTK3SU3NMA14645

@Mach-Lee. Thanks for your attention.

Here is the body of my service report.

Hmm, sounds like I need a trip to the dealer. Especially before my warranty runs out in October.

I went ahead and scheduled service for August 26th. I’ll see if it fixes things. At the very least I’ll hopefully get to try the new Bluecruise before my subscription runs out in 2 months.

Adding my name to the list, stuck on the "Music to your ears" 23-.... update.

A few months back I took the car to the dealership and they "updated" a bunch of modules (not sure of the details). But that had no effect.

Honestly my biggest gripe is no BlueCruise 1.3 and the ugly Windows XP icons on the top.
Would love to hear an update from everyone who has commented on this thread on what their current status is.

I've also been experiencing the no Data Icon and blank list of Connected Features in the settings (may or may not be related), a possible fix I've found is to go to the Connected Features tab in the settings, try to open it, then open the navigation app, go the settings on the bottom left, go to the Traffic or Weather, then go to "More" this forces the car to pull data from the servers. This normally brings back my Data Icon and the Connected Features after a few seconds. If not, go back to the setting after that and try to open Connected Features again, if still blank then restart sync (Hold volume down +Next track on steering wheel). Repeating these steps has been bringing back my Icon and the Connected Features.

Well, this happened yesterday. I don't want to be hopeful, as Ford crushed my dreams too many times before.

In other threads ot was said that the actual fix needs to be on the Ford server side. And nobody seemed to be looking at it. For now, if you want updates, beg the dealer to do it through fdrs.

I found this yesterday, what I believe to be the first update since 8/2023. However, unlike past updates, I did not receive an update message in FordPass. Hopefully my OTA updates will soon flow once again!

I got 5.1.1 today, August 31, 2024. Before that was 4.2.5 on March 6th, 2024. Can someone help me with the math to extrapolate the rate of OTA pdate delivery to figure out when I can expect BlueCruise 1.3? I progressed 1.1.4 versions in six months. I know I have to cross multiply, but I can’t figure it out.

I notice that you both are 2022s though.

Still waiting to see any 2021s get “unstuck.”

Mine is sitting at the dealer for the last week but no technician has been assigned to is as of yet.

Well I received 5.1.1 last Aug and nothing since (not complaining) so I would say nothing for another year maybe? I do not have BC and really am satisfied with my Mach as is. Even have a centered spedometer!

How much money do you want for your speedometer? Seems like a lot of people here would like to buy it from you.

I received the 5.1.1 last week as I posted. Checked today and saw this. Gotta research what this "not completed" for the 24-PU0102-SVD-FX is. Hopefully it's not another "go back to the end of the line for another year".

Typically means your 12v battery was not at a high enough state of charge for the update to complete.
