I actually took this as the Ford account being a bit of a smartass. The CSRs behind the account are very regulated on what they can say and how they can say it.

I mean really? Who doesn't know when you drive on a grooved road your car is going to want to follow the grooves? This was a hit and run post by @01250al and the Ford account knew this so they did what they were allowed to do by being a smartass back.
