Got the update today too, now showing January 2025. Order #26xxx. i think it will be even better later than that. At this point it does not matter because I bought a A2Z and have even used it a few times already.

Dig out your email confirmation, there’s a link in that email. The Ford dashboard may no longer have a link for your adapter status.

My Lightning says Nov 2024, ordered Sept 2024.
One of two things is true. Either you will eventually see your estimate pushed back or Ford has begun to give priority to new vehicle purchasers. There’s just no way that your order will be reached within the next two months if going in reservation number order.

The notification banner on my Ford account webpage is still missing and I have no recent email from Ford. Is there another place to see the status of the adaptor? As was everyone else, I was hoping to be getting it this week or next at the rate they were going out (apparently for a short time).

Yes, but they plan to ship 30,000 in the month of January.

Well, either that, or they will still be shipping only 3,000 per month, and they will just give the rest of us new shipping date estimates for like May 2025. Which they will delay again in June. I'm starting to see how this works... ;)

Yes, this could explain it. Perhaps the recent buyer's November estimate won't be adjusted until December 1st.
It’s unlikely that it’ll be updated before then. Waiting until the estimated shipping date has passed is what they’ve been doing.
While we have all been waiting months and Tesla has finally increased production but now GM has supercharger access and is getting adapters immediately. I mean, they had to pay for them, but they are getting them. My neighbor with his Blazer EV that he just bought last month is going to get his adapter before me? Ridiculous.
Maybe he will, maybe he won’t. It depends upon the number of adapters shipped to GM and the demand. GM is charging for it. Having to pay for something has an inhibiting effect on demand.
Still doesn't explain the November estimate for a 140XXX reservation number, unless that one was fake, too.

Go into your email trash and look for the original email, it has a link. If you were in the so called September group, check your junk and spam folders for a recent email.

Definitely bulk update. My order is less than 10k.
Good I haven’t done much long distance for awhile or likely for time to come.

That's probably because you're in Canada.
Yeah, which is crazy to me. We paid the same, if not more, for these vehicles. I would like to hear from Ford why they can’t ship their stock up here and follow the order that people placed reservations.

I have no inside information.

In a past life, I worked for a company that did just under $1B in sales. A small part was to Canada. To ship to Canada was so onerous from a taxation and customs standpoint, including paperwork required, that we had a physical facility (read "trailer") on a piece of land so we could ship free of many of these constraints. However, it was uneconomical to ship unless we had enough quantity to do so. Therefore, when we made product (in China), we sometimes shipped a pallet directly to Canada instead of to the US first. But fulfillment was poor.

I can only imagine that Ford's delay in shipping to the Canadian customers is related to these types of issues.

I couldn't find the link either. I went to my email and found one from Ford with the subject "Thanks for your patience" from June. There is a "check order status" button in the email, which worked. Mine has been pushed again to January 2025. Order #FAE:90070582
